For sale is this UK original Various Artists vinyl compilation album entitled United Skins. It contains 12 tracks (see pictures for track listing) and has been dedicated and signed "All the best, Mick Margy" on the back cover by Mickey French who, with his wife Margaret, ran the Last Resort skinhead shop in London, ran the label and released this LP (no shop leaflet included, unfortunately). On the Boots & Braces label, the catalogue number is SKREW LP 1 and the date of issue is 1982.
Condition
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition.
The labels are in Excellent Minus condition, clean and bright with clear printing and no spindle marks but one tiny scuff near the edge on Side 1.
The signed cover is in Very Good Plus condition with just slight corner and ring wear and some light discolouration spots (not really visible in the pics). The spine is complete with clear printing. The autograph is clear.
All vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system, the long established UK standard, with any specific flaws mentioned along with the grading. They are sent in custom-made mailers, with built-in or added stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits. Singles without a picture sleeve will either have a plain sleeve or a correct-era original (not repro) record company sleeve (stated above). Original record company sleeves may not be the exact sleeve issued with the single so may have a different catalogue number hand-written in the corner but they will be the correct design for the single. They may have a bit of wear, writing, stickers, sticker marks etc but will be in a generally good, useable condition without edge splits or sellotape.
