The time has come EP features a blend of loungy trip hop rock , proto big beat, and at times a type of heady "intelligent techno" electro funk. Compared to other genres that wear prolific at the time such as 'intelligent techno' or 'ambient dub', the sound from early UNKLE and MOWAX label in general was appealing to hip hop and jazz heads as much as for electronic music aficionados. It was a great release at the time and it still holds its ground.

This record has been kept in storage in a smoke free household. It is from a large record collection, not a DJ collection, this record has never been DJed and is in near new condition.
