Unreleased track from The Riddler, who had releases on Shoebox Records in the 90s.
Levels is a Bukem-style roller with some awesome atmospherics.

B-side Electronic moods was released in 1998 but as the last track on an EP, whereas it has a whole side to itself here, so can be heard in all its intended glory.
Guessing this Dub must be from 1997/1998, although Levels sounds like it could have been made earlier.

Probably best condition I've ever seen a second-hand plate in, has obviously been very well-looked after and played sparingly, if at all.
