Uriah Heep - Very 'Eavy Very 'Umble (Vertigo UK 1970) large spiral first pressing
Debut LP by Heep and a fantastic heavy prog/ hard rock outing, probably my favourite by them as it still has some psych undercurrents. Here is a rare very first pressing with laminated sleeve and large spiral label in lovely condition
Record/ Sleeve Grading
Sleeve: Outer laminated sleeve is actually very nice with little in way of laminate creasing, still retaining it's shine, and sleeve has nice edges and corners. Does have a very thin crease along left side of front sleeve running parallel to the spine, but it isn't very noticeable and probably occured during manufacture. VG++
Record: Record looks really nice and shiny with just 2 noticeable superfical marks on side 2 which don't sound at all so visually perhaps VG+. It plays with almost no noise, just very occasional very light static but a really nice player EX
Comes with original poly-lined spiral inner which is nice with just 2 very small tears around centre hole on one side.
Gradings Used
M- As new, no marks of any kind whatsoever.
EX Perhaps a few featherlight whispy marks, but no scratches or deterioration in sound
VG+ Some light marks on the vinyl, but nothing that should cause clicks or pops, just occasional light surface noise.VG Some heavier marks and maybe a few scratches that will cause some noise, but will still be a very enjoyable listen with definitely no sticks or skips or constant surface noise.
