■ It's a quite old record, originally released in Japan in 1974, nearly 50 years ago.
■ It's a privately owned album that has been carefully stored, mostly kept after dubbing onto cassette tape, and rarely played on a turntable. Despite its age, it remains in excellent condition.
■ Side A of the record is in very good condition with no scratches.
■ Side B of the record has some light surface marks that do not affect playback.
■ The record jacket has minimal wear, with no significant rubbing, corner bumps, or dirt, maintaining an excellent condition that belies its age.
■ The record jacket cover shows no stains, discoloration, or deterioration and is in good condition.
■ The liner notes are intact with no tears, stains, or folds, in excellent condition considering its age.
■ The inner sleeve shows some wrinkles and creases but is free from stains or discoloration and remains in good condition.
