Vinyl Condition - Both Sides = Presumed MINT as the record is SEALED
Cover Condition - VG+ Cut out notch lower right corner, each corner has some shrink torn and some edge and corner wear, 1 inch by 3 inch tear in shrink back side lower left corner/edge, a few random small tears in shrink (SEE CLOSE UP PHOTOS) otherwise only very minor shelf and edge wear ****I'm giving a nice discount for the wear at the corners and torn shrink so take this opportunity to grab a SEALED copy at a nice price and pop open a fresh one!
