Old 45 record on the REX Label that my wife and I bought in the late 60's at a dance where Us Kids were playing in Rogue River, Oregon. I know nothing about how to grade a record. I played it and there was a small amount of distortion, but the needle tracked just fine and it played all the way through on both sides. There is some popping and snapping here and there, but the overall condition seems good. I have no idea if this is the original sleeve, but it's been on there for some 40 years in storage.
