THE BACK COVER OF THIS ALBUM IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE RARE & HARDER TO FIND! MOST ALBUMS ON EBAY HAVE THE AIRBRUSHED COVER!! I HAVE THE RECALLED 1st ISSUE COVER SHOWING ERIC EMRESON'S FACE/TORSO AS WELL AS MOST OF THE UNPEELED BANANA FROM 1967!

Up for sale is an ULTRA RARE chance to own an Original 1967 "TORSO COVER" (see the face/head projected upside down-attached to the top of the head of Lou Reed, torso and arms of actor Eric Emerson). Eric Emerson threatened to sue over his unauthorized use of his image, unless he was paid. Rather than complying, the record company recalled all the copies that had not yet been sold and then halted its distribution until they could airbrush Emerson's torso on future printings. The original ones that had been recalled were then sold with a large black sticker which covered the actor's torso. This is a 1st issue, original pressing V6-5008 with Eric Emerson's torso!
