Up for sale in this auction is an import double LP vinyl compilation entitled "Darker Than Blue: Soul From Jamdown 1973 - 1980" featuring various artists. Released in 2001 in the UK by PK! Tracklisting will follow the description of the LP and jacket. Vinyl is in EX shape and looks to be rarely played if ever. Center labels are extremely clean. Fresh and glossy vinyl all around. No significant marks present. Rated at EX. Jacket is in VG to VG+ shape with minor wear around the edges and some light creasing that's hard to see present. Rated somewhere between VG and VG+ conservatively. Strong seams all around. Original printed insert is included in the auction in fantastic shape! A great rare compilation for any Soul Fanatic!

- M Mint - Perfect in all ways.
- M- Mint Minus - Near perfect, most likely and unplayed record
- NM- Near Mint Minus - Extremely well cared for record. Probably a record that's been around for some years but extremely well looked after, but still not quite new enough to call Mint.
- VG++ Very Good Plus - As close to NM as it comes.
- VG+ Very Good Plus - Very close to like new with only superficial signs of use that do not affect playability. Only records stored and used with care will grade out to VG+.
- VG Very Good - A used, reasonable copy that plays. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of some light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still nice and playable.
- VG- Very Good Minus - A record with significant wear and marks. Records graded VG-usually have some noticeable surface noise.
- G+ Good Plus. 'Good' means pretty beat up. From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about extremely beat up records.
