ULTRA-RARE 1964 ORIGINAL JAPANESE 10"LP ADVANCE PROMO ONLY TEST PRESSING OF A VARIOUS ARTISTS COMPILATION ALBUM FEATURING VICTOR LABEL ARTISTS SINGLES BOTH SIDE A AND B FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 1964. THE ARTISTS FEATURED HERE ARE JOHNNY HALLYDAY, THE ANGELS,  AND MORE. THE COVER IS A VICTOR COMPANY PROMO ONLY COVER WHICH IS IN VG CONDITION (SOME AGE DISCOLORATION, WRITING IN RED ON THE TOP LEFT CORNER FRONT AND SIGNED BY OWNER IN THE BACK BOTTOM). THE BACK HAS A SLIGHT RING WEAR WHERE THE SONG LISTINGS WHICH HAS ALL THE CATALOGUE NUMBERS OF THE SINGLES.  THIS RECORD WAS MADE AS A DIGEST TO PROMOTE THE SINGLES OF THE MONTH ISSUED BY NIPPON VICTOR WHICH OWNED PHILIPS, , FONTANA AND MERCURY AT THE TIME BY HAVING BOTH SIDES AS AN ADVANCE FOR THE DJS AND JOURNALISTS. THE RECORD IS IN NEAR MINT CONDITION.
