This is a rare and very obscure Various Artists Play:Back 4 Track Extended Play 7" Promotional 33 1/3 RPM Record from 1974 on the Columbia Play Back Records label #AS 81

This 45 is in Mint- condition and comes in a plain white paper sleeve.
