 V/A “Musique Touareg” EP (BAM c.1950s/ORIGINAL French press!)

Ten tracks of raw, hypnotic, and intense music from the Agadez region of Niger, recorded among the Touareg and Hausa ethnic groups. Recorded in 1957, though I can’t find a date on the actual record.

Condition: The sleeve is VG+, with no major problems, just a small sticker on the back that doesn’t get in the way of any text (see picture 2). Record is VG to VG-. Mostly okay, but some louder pops and one scrape on side B keep it from being any higher. Still a decent copy for such an old record.
