Have you ever imagined the Seeds jamming with the 13th Floor Elevators circa '67 ???  The result is on this legendary and impossible to find comp, one of the best in the mid-60s acid punk / 60s punk field ever released !!
To sum up things, this is rare release is the double album of the 2 monsters rare Simla Beat compilation albums issued only in India ---psychedelic garage / acid punk at its rawest... most of the material here is outstanding and as good as any USA garage psych single from the mid-60s. No sitars or ragas to be heard here; the sounds are straight Western-style garage and psychedelia. Fuzz guitars and go-go organs (and all-English vocals) abound: Confusions, The Fentones, Dinosaurs, Nomads, X’Lents, Hipnotic Eye, Genuine Spares, Mini Beats, Great Bear, Velvette Fogg, Innerlite, The Black Beats, The Eruptions, etc. The original albums, issued in 1970 and ’71, are of the “count the number of known copies on one hand and have three fingers left over” level of rarity.  This edition is a very limited 2-LP set, released in 1997 on the highly acclaimed Little Indians label from Germany (later to become Shadoks), known for the high production quality of its releases. This is a hand-numbered edition of 400 copies pressed on heavy vinyl and housed in a beautiful and massively thick gatefold cover.  Pictures of the original LP covers plus the original liner notes are included.

Condition: Unplayed stock copy, perfectly still sealed ! Hence in perfect condition ! You can see thru the shrinkwarp the very slight problems 10 little indians / shadoks experienced with the lamination of the sleeves on this pressing, if you look very closely at it, under strong light.... otherwise hard to see.Featured on all 400 copies released !
