Original 1963 UK issue, released on Oriole Records. Cat. no PS40047 The now-legendary 'This Is Mersey Beat Vol. 1' LP. Features; Faron's Flamingos, Sonny Webb & the Cascades, The Mersey Beats, Earl Preston & the TT's, Derry Wilkie & the Pressmen, Rory Storm & the Hurricanes, Ian & the Zodiacs, The Del Renas, Mark Peters & the Silhouettes. Sleeve is in decent shape, does have light ink/writing on reverse & sticker mark on the front (probably will clean off), all in all VG condition. The Vinyl does have some surface marks & light wear, nothing too major, plays through fine, nice clean labels, VG condition. A great collection filler, low starting price!!
