Description
Valhalla - Valhalla LP. Gatefold cover vinyl reissue of their sole album, led by organist and vocalist Mark Mangold this late 60's US record mixes heavy rock, prog, and psych with heavy, dominant organ and powerful vocals and guitar breaks similar to bands like Damnation. Mangold's songwriting prowess is already in abundant evidence here on tracks such "Conversation" and "Overseas Symphony", and his budding talent and growing love for synths and mellotrons would stand him in good stead in his next band, American Tears.
