Original 1969 U.S. stereo press of LP on United Artists label
Valhalla ( self titled)
promotional copy ~ has pressure stamp across upper right corner
CONDITION:
heavy gatefold cover: VG++ to Excellent
lite shelf wear ~ lite wear to edges & corners
vinyl: VG++ to Excellent
clean & glossy ~ a couple of very minor lite surface scratches/lite surface marks
~ all superficial surface ~ nothing that affects play at all ~
plays excellent with an occasional odd soft click

United Artists managed to sign several good groups
(Thunder and Roses, Boffalongo, Pookah for example) but never
gave them much promotion. Led by Mark Mangold who composed their material,
Valhalla is another of these forgotten groups and
their album deserves to be rediscovered.
It mixes heavy rock, prog and psych with a predominant organ and powerful vocals
with tracks like Psychedelic Minds Going Nowhere and Overseas Symphony.
