Description
Full-length LP from Van Der Graaf Generator titled "H to He, Who Am The Only One" released by Charisma (CAS.1027) in 1970. Original first U.K. pressing of Van Der Graaf Generator's third album. Dark and menacing progressive rock fronted by singer/lyricist Peter Hammill whose unique vocal style amplified the urgency of the songs subject matter. King Crimson's Robert Fripp guests on "The Emperor In His War Room" lending some of his patented snaky guitar soloing to the track. Essential to prog-heads!
TRACK LISTING:
Labels are in VERY GOOD+ condition with some spots and light spindle trails. Vinyl record is in VERY GOOD+ condition with nice luster, a light scratch (not felt with fingertips), a small scuff and a surface scuff across A-Side. B-Side has a few light scuffmarks. Vinyl platter plays with noticeable surface crackle at beginning of sides but quiets down as record plays on with some stray tics...fidelity is very good...still sounds great! Gatefold cover is in VERY GOOD condition with wear at corners, edgewear (mostly on bottom and top edges), some ringwear on back panel and overall surface wear from storage...no seam-splits or writing on cover.
All vinyl albums are shipped in protective cardboard mailers with cardboard flats and bubble wrap for safe shipping.
