The tracklist on the cover is incorrect, the correct one is listed below.
Side one was recorded in Quebec and side two was recorded in New York.
The year is also incorrect, it was recorded in '76.

Only played 2-3 times!
Still sounds and looks great!
No pops, clicks, skips or surface noise!
2-3 light marks that DO NOT affect play.
The inner labels look perfect, no noticeable wear!
The original inner sleeve is present, but the record has been stored in a polyurethane sleeve outside the jacket.
The jacket is VG+!
No splits!
No ring wear!
Sparse, VERY light edge wear!
VERY minor, light corner wear to the upper right.
Very minor discoloration on the open side.
The color is still bright and strong!
All images and text are fully visible!
The record has been stored outside the jacket to prevent any further wear.
All parts have been kept together in a resealing plastic sleeve.
