Description
Fully play-tested: This is the AMIGA label edition, pressed in East Germany in 1986. The Amiga pressings of this era were of excellent quality (a little heavier weight than the American pressings). The record looks and sounds brand new. Just sounds awesome on vinyl. It would be called MINT condition, but since it has been opened and played at least once, we will call it NEAR MINT+++.
The album jacket is in NEAR MINT condition. The color remains vibrant and there is no noticeable ring-wear, edge-wear, promo marks, cutouts, writing or other flaws. Again, almost brand new!
Note that this Amiga edition has a few slight differences than the American edition: "Amiga" is on the upper right corner of the front and the back cover features liner notes in German. A cool collectible!
There was no original printed inner sleeve with this edition.
I always store and ship my records in an audiophile-quality, anti-static inner sleeve and a 3 mil. protective plastic outer sleeve. This costs me a bit more but it is worth it to make sure these gems are properly protected and your purchase is properly respected. Most ebay resellers/pawn shops are looking to make a quick buck off flipping one of these records, but I'd rather make sure it is properly cared for and goes to a new owner who will appreciate it.
