Van Halen 5150 - 1st Press with OBI, Insert and Enquete ( survey form
P-13285
If this was in my collection, I’d give it a NM- on the outer, see the picture. The vinyl looks unplayed and mirror like , the Enquete is rather difficult to find, and a rare treat to see. The insert has some wrinkles in it, I couldn’t get solid pics to show it, but they are there.
Shipping is on me, ( media mail insured ) and is with a whiplash mailer. No 29 cent white boxes on this one.
