ROCK N RECORDS

VAN HALEN - One LP vinyl record. 5150. Warner Brothers W1-25394. 1986. Condition: Visually Graded. Cover M- (Mint Minus). Record vinyl Side 1 is M- (Mint Minus). Record vinyl Side 2 is between VG+ Better than Very Good to M- (Mint Minus) but closer to M- which I grade it. There are no cover seam splits, no writing, no tape, no tears. There is a shrink wrap on the cover, see scan. Columbia House club edition. CRC printed on record label (Columbia House). Includes original inner record sleeve. All of this pertains only to the inner sleeve: has a 1" seam split on edge, Two 1/4" edge tears on sleeve, sleeve is wrinkled in one corner, and see lyric side of sleeve has very small numbering next to the title.  

SIDE 1: Good Enough, Why Can't This Be Love, Get Up, Dreams, Summer Nights.

SIDE 2: Best of Both Worlds, Love Walks In, 5150, Inside.
