Comes with Picture labels, gate-fold Picture Sleeve with many color pictures & discography inside.
Containing SAMMY HAGAR era VAN HALEN tracks as well as HAGAR's solo works on record-1 and DAVID LEE ROTH era tracks + ROTH's solos on record-2.
No Obi & Insert attached originally as like as most Japanese Promo-Only LP records.

RECORD: Ex+ (very few scuffs, very few noise, no spindle marks)
SLEEVE: VG+ (has light spotted stains only on inside of gate-fold picture sleeve, has a small sticker on bottom right of backside, slight split on bottoms max approx. 5cm, slight edge wears)
Excellent does not mean "Like New", might have slight wear/or creasing.
