This is VAN MORRISON with the classic Astral Weeks LP. This is often voted in the top ten albums ‘of all time’ and there’s a good reason for that – it is! It’s in very nice condition overall – definitely one of the best copies I’ve seen for ages.

This item with packing weighs over 400 g.

The vinyl is visually outstanding, with barely a mark visible. The labels are spotless too – I can’t see any spindle marks.

The sleeve has just some light ringwear and a tiny bit of light discolouration on the unlaminated white rear (but not much, unlike a lot of these unlaminated white rears, which are often badly stained). There is what I'm guessing is an original price sticker on the rear. There are no rips, no writing etc.

Because of the large amount of interest being shown in this LP, I have scrutinised it closely. The only mark I can see on the vinyl is a small and fine one a few mm long at the three o clock position on side 2, track 2. It's just visible in the last photo (above) but it's visible in 'real life' only from certain angles. That's it - one small mark that didn't affect playback at all.
