Description

VAN MORRISON - "Veedon Fleece". Scarce one from Van, the hardest to find of all his LPs from this period. Compared by many to Astral Weeks (some think it's BETTER, including Sinead O'Connor), it's his closest in sound and concept. Recorded at his first return to Ireland since 1967, it's also his most 'Irish' / Celtic-influenced since that classic.
Original 1973 USA pressing LP on WB Records.

Cover has these flaws: top seam is neatly split; split back from opening 3 inches; and something was attached and then removed from front cover (near promo sticker) leaving two small sticker stains. Promo sticker is starting to detach from cover - can easily be reattached with glue. I solved the split seam and sticker problems by using my double-bag system - I use two plastic outer sleeves, one to enclosed the cover and one over it which houses cover and record separately, so record doesn't have to go back inside cover- which means seam will not undergo any further splitting (and hides the split). Cover is otherwise almost Near Mint.

Record is VG++. Labels (clearly marked 'Promotional') are NM.
