punk / pop compilation titled "Vancouver Complication"
comes complete with insert sheet
Frank Manley's Canadian Punk Discography "Smash The State" notes that
this is a limited pressing of 1,000 copies ( even though it is the 3rd press  ~ blue cover version )
CONDITION:
cover: VG++ to Excellent 
very lite lite shelf wear/soiling ~ lite wear/fray to edges & corners
vinyl: VG++ to Excellent 
clean & glossy,but,with a few lite inner sleeve lines/smudges ~ a couple of tiny minor lite marks & 
several small faint hairlines & needlemarks~ all superficial ~opening track on S2 has 3 or 4 tiny
microscopic marks that make several very lite ticks ~ very lite, but noticeable ~ remainder plays
excellent with just an odd occasional lite tick & minimal occasional faint lite low level surface noise ~
very low level ~ noticeable mostly just between some of the tracks
