The Beat Goes On is the second album by the American psychedelic rock band Vanilla Fudge, released in early 1968.
The album doesn't contain any real "songs” as such, but rather a sound collage featuring a myriad of elements - rock and roll/ragtime/country/classical/lounge, the voices of world leaders (“Voices In Time”), the band reciting mantras and reflections, and excerpts of standards - basically sampling anything from the seventeenth century onwards.
An incredibly ambitious piece of work which flows together as one continuous whole

Clean, bright labels with just a few tightly packed spindle traces
VINYL Visual: EXCELLENT+
Both sides shine like new with just some light, harmless marks
VINYL Audio: EXCELLENT+
Plays beautifully throughout with a clean, sharp *MONO* cut and my play-check at volume found little to fault - a little low-level surface on some of the quietest moments - nothing really - a fascinating piece of work
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
General light rub to the laminated surfaces but all edges/spine are sharp
