Description

Original 12" self-titled vinyl record by Vanity 6 from 1982.  It is on the Warner Bros. label (Catalog #9 23716-1).  This group was created by Prince after he met model Denise Matthews at the American Music Awards in 1982 (he originally planned to call them The Hookers) and renamed her Vanity, with the addition of Brenda Bennett and Susan Moonsie. 
The jacket has moderate storage wear including light ringwear and small creases along the spine & back top edge and is in VG+ condition.  The record looks great, plays near mint and is visually rated Excellent (Side 2 has a spiral pressing pattern--not a defect--that I've seen on other copies of this record [as well as others] that does not affect the play).  I got this from a label rep for Warner Bros., and I believe it's only been played a couple of times!
