(Includes:  32 page booklet,  7" interview Disc with Bill Graham,  28" by 22" Last Week Poster,  Fillmore Records Radio Station sheet with list of songs,  and an original Fillmore West Ticket.)

Jacket Rating:  7.5  Box is missing 1/2 of left edge and what is there is taped, and top and bottom show some soiling, otherwise box is in very good condition.(see picture), otherwise jacket is in near mint condition.

Record rating:  8.75  All three records and labels are in excellent condition.
