VARIOUS ARTISTS Heads Together / First Round, 1971 UK vinyl album Vertigo 6360 045.
Rare selection of tracks from the most collectable label in the world. In fact five of the tracks included are completely exclusive to this release. Added to that, several of the artists were not actually signed to the label, notably Lassoo & Sunbird (Nirvana in disguise), as well as Martin Carthy and Pete Atkin. So, not your average collection and an interesting addition to the Swirl collection. Most of the artist involved are pictured on the sleeve.
A note on grading: I use the RC standard grading policy with the addition of a + or – to denote a slight increase or decrease in grade. The record has been played once for aural grading a on a Rega RP6 with a Rega Exact cart and inspected under 100W bulb for visual grade.
The record is MINT minus, played once or never. The sound is that of a new LP. Spectacular!
The gatefold cover is EXCELLENT plus, see pics. Original inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD plus condition.
