Description
VARIOUS ARTISTS - Battle Axe compilation LP on the Trojan label from 1972 (TBL 167).
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and play tested in full.
both sides have some faint hairlines but no heavy marks or scratches.
it's in good shape for a Reggae album of this age.
the album plays through well with just the occasional low pop.
no skips or heavy distracting clicks.
it's between VG and VG Plus.
the sleeve has shelf wear and corner wear.
there's some faint creases on the front and the laminate has began to lift in a few places.
there's a very (very) faint signature at bottom right.
it's very small and it's quite hard to even spot it.
the back cover has some marks near to the bottom edge plus some faint ring wear.
i would grade the sleeve as VG.
decent copy overall - most Trojan comps that turn up are hammered but this is a nice example.
