This record is in very good+ condition. The labels do have a few spindle marks visible but no pen marks, scuffs or fading anywhere. The centres are not loose and overall the labels are in great shape.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything serious but do have a few light lines and marks visible in normal light. There are more extremely light wispy hairlines visible under very bright white light, but again nothing deep or serious. The record has no nasty scuffs or blemishes and still has a beautiful lustre.
I play tested the record and it plays well. It lays completely flat and there is no movement in the record arm. The sound produced is excellent and has next to no interference or surface noise. There is very occasionally a miniscule trace in between tracks but on the whole it is interference free and plays remarkably well considering its age. There are no skips, sticks, annoying clicks or pops, and as I say it is very clear. So overall I thoroughly enjoyed the entire play test and it plays really well for its age and would grade higher audibly.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has some laminate peeling on the front, which is mainly around the right edge(record entry). I have tried my best to capture this in the photos above so please study these well. As well as this laminate peel there is also a small 'nick' at the bottom of the right edge, a black mark around the top left corner area and ring marks. There is also age related grubbiness to the back and a couple of tiny tears to the left edge(record entry). So overall the sleeve has general age related wear but nothing horrific and is still solid and in fairly good shape for well over 50 years old.
It contains a plain white inner which is in very good condition. This has creasing and also some slight age related discolouring but no splits, tears or pen marks anywhere.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, within 24hrs of payment to ensure swift delivery.
