Description

V-DISC TEST PRESSING – GLENN MILLER AAF BAND (?) – Dream (V-Disc Test D5-TC-742-1). 12-inch vinyl one-sided white label test pressing with RCA spiderweb design on back. Lush, long version of the popular tune, with the Millerish reeds sound quite evident, a sax solo in the Beneke manner and a band chorus humming in the background. Despite the writing on the label, I don’t think it’s Miller – possibly one of the many US Army dance bands. I couldn’t find this selection listed in Dick Sears’ massive V-Disc discography. In clean E+ condition. Check my other auctions for more nice condition jazz V-Discs! High bidder pays $6.00 for priority mail and packing. If you prefer media mail, that would be $2.50 - let me know.
