Description:

Another rare french record set.

Records are all in VG+ condition due to dust and sleeve marks, and need to be cleaned with appropriate equipment or liquids. They play fine but do not look shiny like the other record in my auctions (Club Francais du Disque 191). When you have cleaned them, they will look up to EX.

Sleeve is VG due to a serious rim damage as pictured. The box still opens and closes but the hard rim cover is lost. The front is shiny and very decorative with small damages like a small corner fold on the lower right (see picture). The nice catalog is included and shiny (see picture).


PLEASE NOTE: the shipping quote is only an ESTIMATE. We will give you the exact quote once the records are packed should they be shipped. If you use the eBay billing system to pay through PayPal and if the shipping are over what we estimated, we will refund your payment and bill you the exact amount so that you can pay again. Your PayPal fees will be fully refunded should this happen.

PAYMENT:

You may use eBay check-out, however some shipping rates and options may not be compatible with this system. Should this happen, all options will be included in the shipping costs.

PayPal users must pay by 3 days. We do not charge PayPal fees as paying for them is ILLEGAL.
French bidders must pay by 7 days.
European bidders outside of France must pay by 10 days.
Overseas bidders must pay by 14 days.

The above time frames apply once the total to pay (including shipping costs) has been given the high bidder.
Unless agreed prior to bidding, we will not accept slow payments due to holidays or similar reasons.
Too many people have been abusing of such reasons while internet is widely accessible nowadays.

• PayPal: In USD for non European buyers. All others MUST pay in Euro.

• Money Orders (Postal or other) in EURO ONLY.

• Wire transfers (bank to bank) in EURO ONLY.

• Foreign drafts in EURO only (these are bank checks issued by a french division of a foreign bank so that the money travels between two french banks, hence no expensive charges on our side).

• French buyers can pay by personal check (held until clears so up to 15 business days).

SHIPPING:

Shipping costs are not negotiable. International bidders are welcome but no complaints on shipping costs will be accepted.

Because we run a shop, we can only pack your item(s) outside of our opening hours. Therefore, items which are difficult to pack or which require special care while packing will usually ship in maximum two to three weeks. Other items usually ship during the week when payment is received. Please understand that our shipping schedules cannot justify a late payment, and that a fast payment cannot expect a fast shipping.

Buyer can collect his item(s) at our shop (address and opening hours here). In this case, all items must be paid on time and will be kept maximum one month. After this time the transaction will be void, we will refund your payment less a 25% restocking fee and all refund fees (if any).

If shipping is desired, buyer will pay actual shipping costs, which are not negociable. We reserve the right to charge the packing material purchased to ship buyer's item(s). Used packing material is always free. We do not charge other handling fees.

Please note that some items won't be shipped, which will be mentioned in their descriptions.


International Shipping rates:

- AirMail: called Colissimo International. Usually ships in around 10 days, but can take more if kept by customs and other parties. Insurance available up to 1500 euros (add 1 euro for each 150 euros insured). We are not responsible of uninsured items. Insured items are refunded only once we get refunded by the posts. We cannot be held responsible if the posts cannot refund. All rates can be obtained from www.coliposte.net .

- We can also ship UPS, FedEx or DHL upon request, but this will cost much more than the above Post Office rates.

We pack our items very well. We want them to arrive to you like we would like to receive them. However, we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during transit. Such problems can only be solved with the posts.

BIDDING / FEEDBACK:

Do not bid at the last second: many other bidders will do the same thing and this won't give you another chance to bid again and eventually win the auction.

Positive feedback will be given to all successfull transactions paid on time.

We will post our feedback after having recieved yours. We apologize for doing this but too many buyers forget to post theirs once we posted ours. We do NOT reciprocate negative or neutral feedback unless they are unfair.


For the few time wasters around, we will cancel and block without exception:

- Bidders with no feedback or with recent negative feedback. We do this for only one reason: we hate people who register secondary accounts to shill their auctions. What they do is simple: they bid on several or many items to get some feedback. Once done, they bid on their own items to raise the prices, making it almost impossible to prove that the account belongs to the seller. HOWEVER, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT EBAY USES INTERNAL TRACKING TOOLS WHICH ALWAYS RECORD YOUR IP AND OTHER INFORMATIONS WHEN YOU BID.

- Bidders who use an old "sleepy" account showing few transactions made.

- Suspicious bids, especially those placed little by little just to make the underbidder pay the maximum.

- Bidders who make suspicious bid retractions, especially after outbiding the previous highest bidder in order to determine his maximum bid, and then bid again just under this amount so that he pays the maximum. This will always be reported to eBay and often results in an account suspension.


We will not accept any bid retraction unless you bid again in the next two minutes and show that your previous bid was indeed mistaken.

To be fair with everybody we do not end our auctions early unless there is a mistake in the listing and that bids prevent us from making corrections. Should this happen, the item will be relisted and the original auction will always contain the link to the new auction.

Negative feedback will be left to deadbit bidders and late payments. Please remember that we may accept exceptional payment delays for people located far from us: please arrange this prior to bidding. Bidders failing to pay will be blocked and reported to eBay through the Non-Payment Policy and Dispute Resolution System.

No returns will be accepted unless an evident mistake was made in the item description.
