THE VELVET UNDERGROUND & NICO-SELF TITLED (1968, Verve)

Condition of Cover: VG, small DH in upper left corner area, some SW, some foxing, small pen checkmarks next to for tracklistings inside gatefold, two SS, one on top edge 2", one at bottom middle edge, both neatly repaired with clear tape.

Banana has peel, has some wear and some gaps in "body" of peel. Top gap is roughly 2"x2", thinner ridge gap 1.75"x.75". Some nicking to peel and peel in some spots has been placed together artfully to make peel nicks look visually better. See pics! 

Condition of Record: Visual (Side 1/2) G-/F+, please see rundown of playback track by track below. I playgraded the record in its entirety. Tracks play with a varying amount of occasional light background surface noise, some light pops, some tics. Most tracks play varies within the track itself too. Below is how it played on my Gemini turntable using a Grado cartridge.

Sunday Morning: VG- to VG, I'm Waiting For the Man: VG to VG-, has a quick forward skip toward the end of the track, Femme Fatale: VG- to VG,  Venus in Furs: VG- to G+, Run Run Run: VG- to VG, All Tomorrow's Parties: VG, Heroin: VG- to VG, There She Goes Again: VG- to G+, I'll Be Your Mirror: VG- to G+ (some light tics), The Black Angel's Death Song: VG- to G+ (some light tics), European Son: VG. 

Additional Information: V6-5008. Stereo. Gatefold. Banana has peel, peel has wear. No torso. Airbrushed pic on back side of cover. 1968 pressing. Matrix numbers are V6-5008 SIDE 1 MGS-558 REV./V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS-559-RE-1.

Grading Scale: My grading scale is as follows:

SEALED, M-, NM, NM-, EX+, EX, EX-, VG+, VG, VG-, G+. I rarely sell anything lower than G+. My records are visually and play graded to check for accuracy. My VG+ should have little to no surface noise according to my turntable using a Grado cartridge, and my EX gradings are equivalent to Goldmine's VG++ grading, just more descriptive within the grading spectrum of VG++. My M- is open unplayed. My NM and NM- gradings are reserved for items opened once and played. Therefore, records that are often others' NM-, I will default to EX+ (this and high end VG++ records populate the EX+ grading).  I generally default to VG on covers if the cover has any noticeable ringwear, surface wear, or seam splits.
