THE VELVET UNDERGROUND - White Light White Heat LP
Original 1968 stereo east coast Skull cover pressing with the "lead guitar" and Andy Warhol cover concept credits that were later removed from subsequent pressings. Jacket has the front cover artwork pasted on upside-down, so that the opening appears to be on the left side of the jacket and the incorrect V-5046 mono catalog number is showing. Back cover is correctly positioned. Includes original Verve inner sleeve
Vinyl: VG-, has several light scuffs and marks but no deep scratches and plays through OK with minimal noise. Sleeve: VG, sleeve is structurally solid but has some wear along the edges, and a hole punch. No splits!

GRADING: 
NM (near mint) is the highest grade for a record in beautiful shape. 
EX (excellent) means there is very little to no wear -- a small, inaudible surface mark on the vinyl or a small bend on the sleeve 
VG+ (very good plus) means the record has minor wear -- sleeve creased and/or shows a slight ring impression, vinyl shows cosmetic signs of handling 
VG (very good) means the sleeve shows multiple flaws (sticker tear, seam split, ring wear, rumpled top) and the disc has multiple small scratches but plays ok
VG- (very good minus) means the sleeve is "well loved" with numerous flaws while the vinyl is exhibits many flaws and is noisy 
G (good) means the sleeve contains major flaws such as large tears, heavy staining, etc., while the vinyl is beat but playable with no skips
