Description
Very first pressing with screen-printed front cover, and paste-on back cover.
This was released exclusively in Australia. Highly sought after by Andy Warhol collectors for its several references to Warhol, not least the cover photo collage of Lou Reed (designed from pix taken at Warhol's "Factory"), and on the back, a poster for a Velvets & Nico show held at 23 St Marks Place, New York in 1966...plus some excellent in-depth liner notes by revered Aussie journalist, Clinton Walker. The LP includes the song, "Conversation" which originally appeared on a flexi-disc in Warhol's "INDEX" book; plus several other obscure VU songs.
It's been out of print for about 35 years now. A worthy rare piece of art/music history.

CONDITION - COVER: ( VG++ )...
CONDITION - RECORD: ( MINT )...as shiny, clean and pristine as the day it was pressed...
CONDITION - LABELS: (Side One: MINT / Side Two: MINT )...has NO spindle marks on labels - looks unplayed...
PACKAGING AND MAILING: Absolutely ALL care will be taken when packaging this - record and sleeve will be separated to avoid any damage in transit, and both will be packed in a sealed outer light plastic sleeve between layers of strong very flat and thick card - I've been doing this for a while and have attained a good safe packing standard.
