    Notes: original copies have the famous black on black skull tattoo printing on front cover. There are many variations on the back cover credits. Original edition credits Andy Warhol for cover concept, lists There She Comes Now instead of Here She Comes Now, and credits Lou Reed for lead guitar. Later issues have corrected credits, but Warhol is no more credited for cover concept. The non-skull pirate 70s edition has the "original" wrong credits. Some 70s reissues have mastering mistakes (stereo/mono).
