LETS CLEAR SOME THINGS UP,VENOM ARE THE BEST METAL BAND,THE RARE RECORDS ARENT ALWAYS AS RARE AS SOME MAY THINK,HERE IN NEWCASTLE EVERYBODY I KNEW WHO BOUGHT THE 12" WARHEAD GOT THE BLUE VINYL VERSION.
IN LONDON SHADES RECORDS HAD A STACK OF THE DIE HARD 7" PIC DISCS UNSOLD.
BLACK METAL IS OFTEN STATED AS RAREST ON BROWN VINYL WITH THE MISPRESS,OOPS,HALF OF THE BROWNS WERE MISPRESSED AND THE GREEN VINYL WAS MORE LIMITED THAN THE BROWN,THE GREY WAS MORE COMMON.
BLOODLUST 7" ON PURPLE VINYLWAS STILL LYING IN THE WAREHOUSE A YEAR AFTER RELEASE.
RARE,IVE HAD THEM ALL,ACETATES,COLOUREDS,SIGNED,I EVEN VISITED NEAT OFFICES IN WALLSEND ON 3 OCASSIONS.
SAW THEM LIVE AT HAMMERSMITH 1984 AS I HAD MOVED TO LONDON,A GIG THAT HAS NEVER BEEN SURPASSED.

SPLIT TO SLEEVE BUT YOU CAN BUY A BETTER CONDITION COPY IF YOU WANT A BETTER SLEEVE OR THE ADDITIONAL POSTER WHICH WASNT WITH THIS.
SOME MARKS TO VINYL BUT TO BE HONEST I THINK THE SLEEVE NEEDS OPENING AND THE RECORD PUTTING ON TOP THEN FRAMING.
YOU WONT SEE ANOTHER IN A LONG TIME AND THIS IS RARER THAN BLACK METAL MISPRESS ON BROWN CONTRARY TO BELIEF.

By the way, you are right about the brown vinyl, the green see through is much rare, but the rarest is the purple edition, just about 30 made.It`s the only one I miss from my collection, and of course the warhead 7" on blue vinyl.... Cheers Grozzy 11-Oct-12 A: hi,the scratches/marks are noticeable on side a,and isnt for playing though i dont have a record player,this is for framing and display to be honest,one of the scratches goes across 6 tracks,so i made it clear the condition is not good,its the rarity really,and you must ask yourself how many of the 30 copies survive today..this would still look awesome in a black frame on a wall somewhere.
many questions about condition,and i understand collectors of venom want perfection,you will struggle to find this in any condition and as the years go on,less chances,

sleeve as stated could do with replacing,i would definitely open up the sleeve to 24" x 12" flat,place the vinyl in the middle,put it in a black frame and display it on your wall,this isnt for playing and if you dont want scratches,start looking elsewhere but be prepared to wait till your very old
