VENOM - Welcome To Hell ORIG Neat LP NEAT 1002 (UK, 1981)
Happy to present this original 1st UK press of Venom’s highly influential debut LP from 28 years past! Not only does this come with the original poster and lyric insert but I’m also including a rare original interview with the band as published in Sounds (UK) magazine from 27th February 1982!!
The original outer sleeve is in satisfying condition, but shows moderate (not heavy) rubbing to the edges and a few creases, but no writing, tears, splits, or dirt. Generally it was a fragile sleeve and has just picked up light handling wear over the years. Genuine VG grade, but solid and all in one piece.
All the inserts - the black and white poster, the pink lyric insert and the Sounds magazine feature show NO creases or rips and are in minimum EX (Excellent) condition, like new really.
The original Neat records labels are in near perfect condition with no writing, stickers, dirt or damage and I can’t even see any spindle markings.
The light to medium weight vinyl tops most remaining copies of this classic LP and looks BARELY PLAYED! Fantastic sheen to both sides and no marks at all that I can see. NO scratches, hairlines, scuffs or fingerprints. Looks near to new and confidently grades a genuine M- (Mint minus)!!! Has been carefully listened to and plays brilliantly as well with NO snap, crackle or pops, NO clicks or ticks, NO distortion or loss of clarity and NO crackle even in the dead wax between tracks!!!!
Black Metal starts here! And a fantastic example of this LP now nearly 3 decades old. Don’t miss this!!
