I don't know when this record was released but it is very rare; until it came up on ebay in 2012 its existence was considered an urban myth, since then it again sold in November 2014--this copy is the 3rd one on ebay.  It plays well with a few crackles only, no skips.  The photo on the sleeve is coming unglued from the cardboard but is still intact, the spine is slightly torn as seen in photos.  (Just posted some better photos--you can see the surface scratches on side one--they look bad in the photo but they are actually minor and do not affect the sound except to crackle slightly)
