Description
This is a great SUPER RARE copy of the 2nd LP, "MAN OF WORDS/MAN OF MUSIC" issued by DAVID BOWIE in 1969 on the Mercury Label, (Stereo SR 61246).
The LP comes complete in its ORIGINAL GATEFOLD SLEEVE. The ALBUM COVER shows a good degree of wear and tear: there is general creasing and ring-marks: there has been considerable damage to the gatefold spine - it looks as if this has been torn - with sellotaping on both inside and outside of the "spine crease". There are, however, no obvious pen marks or writing etc on the cover. The VINYL is in relatively GOOD condition, with a bit of wear and tear but there doesn't appear to be any serious damange. (I haven't ever test played this record.) The MATRIX NUMBERS in the vinyl are MACHINE STAMPED. The RED MERCURY LABELS are lovely and clean. Not a perfect copy in mint condition, but a decent and fair edition to any serious Bowie vinyl vault. This record comes from a good home (no smoking) and a great personal Bowie collection. 100% satisfaction or your money back!
