Usually found in VG but THIS ONE is really nice EX condition!!!!!! REALLY NICE ADDITION TO YOUR COLLECTION!!!

cover : EX (no split or write, really nice tight spine and seams, only faint corner scuffings)
insert : EX (light storage stains, no nasty marks or creases)
vinyl : EX+ (looks barely played, very clean & shiny surface considering it's age)
