I recently stumbled across a small pile of EPs and Mini LP's in the corner of one of Englands oldest independent record shops.  All the EPs and Mini LPs are in near mint condition, displaying only light storage wear and I beleive were unplayed from new. These 'Topic' Mini LPs were made in very small quantities, so very few (if any) will have survived in this condition.  

I have 100% feed back and intend to keep it that way, so if you are not 100% happy with your purchase I am happy to give a full refund excluding P&P, as soon as the record is returned to me.  Please allow the full amount of E-bay time stipulated for delivery as I am selling a lot of records at the same time, which is very time consuming from a P&P point of view.  All questions answered.  Good luck with bidding.
