Try to find this one anywhere!!

Dire Straits 2LP extended version limited edition released only in Canada. The cover looks similiar to the "Brothers In Arms" album but the cover backround is pink instead of blue. The double album is also titled "So Far Away".

Side one, album one features the extended version of "So Far Away" with Mark Knopfler. This version is unavailable on album.

Side two, album one features "Going Home"- Theme from "Local Heros". (Live Version) This live recording was made from one Dire Straits performance. As it contains no re-recordings or overdubs of any kind, there are occasional stage buzzes.

Side one, album two features a live version of "Sultans Of Swing"

Side two, album two features two numbers, "Why Worry" an instrumental piece and "Fear And Hatred"

Released in 1985 on the Vertigo label record # SOVXD 2362 (Limited)  Only in Canada eh? Sweet!!  I rate this album VG+++ 

The condition of the vinyl is bordering on excellent with very minor sleeve surface marking and no scratches or smudges, still very shiny. No spindle marking indicates it was rarely played if ever. The original inner sleeves are in excellent condition with no rips, creases or splits. There is minimal ringwear or shelf/edge wear to the cover. No writing. The album will be shipped securely to prevent any damage in transit. An excellent collectible.
