Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

LOVELY AND EARLY HERE


Vinyl:
HEAVY WEIGHT: 154g
VG. Even though she carries light marks to the vinyl-she still produces a super, clear sound.
Deep and rich bass as well as lovely high peaks.
I found a tiny, tiny skip at the very start of track 2, side 1.
(I have just played her all the way through)
There is VERY LITTLE background noise evident, only occasional and not evident when the songs get going...Would benefit from just a very gentle professional clean.
Lovely and rich sound.
Still lovely and flat.


Labels: VG+. Lovely and clear...spindle marks-visible when angled towards the light.

...This is interesting as this tax code was only used between the 1st of Jan 1963 through to the 1st of July 1963....
Very little hole wear.
Has the GOTHIC font to both sides.

There are a few very small fingers and crescents of spidering to the laminate...Nothing terrible at all.

Inner:  VG. It is the original plain white die-cut inner, which has done her job by looking after this slab of vinyl for all these years.
There is a small split to the left hand side.
