This was the Beatles' second official release, following their hugely popular Please Please Me. This record was released on the 30th November 1963 and went to the number 1 position (knocking of their own Please Please Me lp) on the 7th of December. Staying at number 1 for 21 weeks! As a little note: they had already sold 250,000 copies before the release and so accepted a silver disc BEFORE release!

VG visually but VG+ audio.

Gtreat audio-I have just had the utter pleasure of listening to her all the way through and found very little background noise, with a clear audio, which was lovely and raw.

There are many visible, but light marks to the vinyl, but nothing to make the needle jump or skip.

Remains as flat today as the day she was born.

GORGEOUS heavy original vinyl.

NO JUMPS/SKIPS OR STICKS on my Focus One deck, with the needle on a very light setting.

GREAT RAW SOUND WHICH REMAINS CLEAN & CLEAR-EVEN THOUGH VERY MARKED.

There are many light spindle marks , with some light central hole wear-as can be seen in the detailed images provided.

No "Sold In" text.

"Jobete." credit for Money on side 2.

These labels were quickly corrected and recalled, making this an increasingly rare copy.

"You Really Gotta A Hold On Me" incorrect track spelling.

There are only a couple of spidering areas to the front laminate-with just 5 small crescents near the opening and some small fingers emanating from the seams- but remains lovely and clean.

The bottom left corner at the opening has a small patch of lifting, which hasn’t broken through-nothing terrible at all.

Good strong, solid corners too.

A very nice EARLY example.

It is the ORIGINAL "Use Emitex” inner in lovely clean condition.

The inner tracing-paper lining is still present and still glued in place correctly.

Very nice example of an original EMITEX inner here.
