Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

Sounds great! I have just given her a gentle professional clean and then listened to her at loud volume on my Focus One deck-WOW, the audio was superbly rich, rounded and lovely and clear.
She only has the faintest light marks to her, which really make zero difference to the audio output. Even inbetween tracks there is just a very, VERY faint and only OCCASIONAL amount of insignificant background crackle-most people would just say this is silence...The audio really is that good. With the run-ins and outs being almost silent!
There is the very odd pop-nothing offensive at all.
CERTAINLY NO JUMPS OR SKIPS
Still has the glorious sheen and is lovely and flat as the day she was born.

THE LABEL HAS THE LATER PRINTING: "LARK MUSIC"
BUT
Track 4, side 1 has the '*' AFTER the "I Need You Title" rather than the later printing, which put it BEFORE the song title.
SHOWING THIS TO BE A MIX OF THE 1ST PRINTING OF THE LABEL FOR SIDE 1, BUT THE LATER PRINTING OF THE LABEL FOR SIDE 2...STRANGE..

NOT ONLY THAT....THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT FONTS: Side 1 looks to be a kind of New Times Roman, whilst side 2 is more Gothic...

ALSO:
 "MT" tax code, nice and bold to side one.
...This is interesting as this tax code was only used between the 1st of Jan 1963 through to the 1st of July 1963....This came out in 1965..??!!

This is a SOLID front laminated 1st printing cover in great shape too!
All I can see are some light, small lines to the front laminate and some small fingers of spidering eminating from the seams..really nothing to worry about at all.
NO WRITING
The back card remains very clean too.
I noticed two small dots to Lennons tunic which have been sympathetically coloured in-see if you can spot them in the detailed images provided.
I am being very critical
Almost perfect Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks.
SOLID and legible spine.
NO RIPS OR TEARS

 ALSO HAS THE "PATENTS PENDING" STATEMENT TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER.

 It is the ORIGINAL "Use Emitex" inner, with the tracing paper-like lining.

Just a little dirty in small patches.
It has certainly looked after this lovely slab of vinyl for all of these years.

SHE IS AN UNUSUAL PRESSING WITH THESE TWO DIFFERENT PRINTINGS OF THE RECORD LABEL AND WOULD MAKE VERY GOOD & UNUSUAL ADDITION TO ANYONES COLLECTION.
NOT FORGETTING THE RARER 'MT' TAX CODE TOO.
AND ALL WRAPPED IN THE ORIGINAL EMITEX INNER
