PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
RARE original Atlantic SD 8216 pressing with CT label suffix and CTH (Columbia Records Pressing Plant - Terre Haute, IN) dead wax stamp from 1969!!! LP is just barely VG with some light scuffs and cover is VG+ with a hint of ring. Auction also includes an 8 X 10 glossy photo of Robert Plant that has been signed in beautifully legible bold blue marker!!! This was included in a massive Zep collection I purchased many years ago. I don't doubt its legitimacy but since I am not the original owner I can't confirm nor deny it but it does come with a certificate of authenticity and absolutely looks like the real deal.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
