Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

HEAVY WEIGHT VINYL
VG...She has been played BUT gently!
There are only light marks to her.
 After playing her all the way through I didn't find ANY JUMPS OR SKIPS.
There is a bit of background noise-due mainly to simple dust in the grooves, as well as the light marks to her-a gentle clean and you've got yourself a TOP COPY.


Labels: VG(+). Lovely and clear. Light spindle marks visible.
 "MT" tax code, nice and bold to side one.
...This is interesting as this tax code was only used between the 1st of Jan 1963 through to the 1st of July 1963....This came out in 1965..??!!

Outer text "The Gramophone co.LTD" it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.

ALSO HAS THE (*) AFTER I NEED YOU* & 'Lark Mus.'-SHOWING A VERY FIRST PRINT AND PRESS.

Minimal hole wear and no writing or scratches etc.

Cover:VG-. There are light knocks to the corners, with the bottom right corner having a tiny patch missing. There are only a few spidering fingers emanating from the spine-really nothing to worry about at all!
The bottom right does have a tape repair.
The Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks are in strong shape, with some edge rubbing, the card to the back is still white, with just light patches of discolouration.

Inner:  EX. It is the original 'Use Emitex' inner in simply FAB condition.
Only light discolouration and creasing.
NO SPLITS
NO WRITING
DONE HER JOB IN KEEPING THE RECORD IN GREAT SHAPE.

ALL IN ALL THIS IS A SOLID 1st PRESS BEATLES LP, WITH THE UNUSUAL 'MT' TAX CODE AND ALL COMPLETE.
PLAYS THROUGH WITH GREAT AUDIO TOO AND WITHOUT SKIPS, JUMPS OR STICKS!
