Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

SOUND GREAT-LOVELY & CLEAR.
There are only INCREDIBLY light marks to her.
 After playing her all the way through I certainly didn't find ANY JUMPS OR SKIPS.
Barely any background noise-the small amount evident only due  to simple dust in the grooves-a gentle clean and you've got yourself a TOP COPY.


Labels: VG+. Lovely and clear. Light spindle marks visible.
 "MT" tax code, nice and bold to side one.
...This is interesting as this tax code was only used between the 1st of Jan 1963 through to the 1st of July 1963....This came out in 1965..??!!

Outer text "The Gramophone co.LTD" it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.

ALSO HAS THE (*) AFTER I NEED YOU* & 'Lark Mus.'-SHOWING A VERY FIRST PRINT AND PRESS.

Barely any central hole wear.
VERY DISPLAYABLE
Small initials to side 1 £ logo, with a name-hard to see, in black biro, just to the black section of the label..

Cover:VG(+). There's only slight knocking to the corners, as well as only a few spidering fingers emanating from the spine-really nothing to worry about at all!
The Garrod and Lofthouse flipbacks are in strong shape, with NO edge rubbing, the card to the back is still white, with just light patches of discolouration.
There is a small name to the back, at the bottom.
EXCELLENTLY STRONG SPINE


Inner:  EX. It is the original 'Use Emitex' inner in great condition.
Only light discolouration and creasing.
NO SPLITS
There is some writing to the inner, as can be ssen in the images provided-name-title-date.
DONE HER JOB IN KEEPING THE RECORD IN GREAT SHAPE.

ALL IN ALL THIS IS A SOLID 1st PRESS BEATLES LP, WITH THE UNUSUAL 'MT' TAX CODE AND ALL COMPLETE.
PLAYS THROUGH WITH GREAT AUDIO TOO AND WITHOUT SKIPS, JUMPS OR STICKS!
